Returns and exchanges can be made within 15 days of receiving the product, by communicating it to our customer service whatsapp +393802408659

Return procedure:

The package must be sent to the following address:

As soon as we receive the package, we check that it is intact and proceed with the refund.

The return is partially free: we will refund the entire amount net of the return shipping cost.

Exchange procedure:

The exchange is partially free: the cost of the return shipment is at the customer's expense; we will cover the cost of the new shipment (replaced product).
